Wordless Wednesday: Vanilla Bean-Peach Jam


Sweet and delicious peach jam - simply split a vanilla bean and add it to the pot along with the fruit and sugar, using the recipe from Certo.

    I can see the tiny vanilla seeds through the jelly - delicious! I cannot wait for peaches to be in season here.

    I love curried carrots! Great idea to add pear to it as well. Sounds so good.
