I think my favorite dish was the stuffing; I typically don't love stuffing that's not baked in the turkey, but this one was super moist and flavorful. My housemate Andrea said the key is to keep basting it while it cooks, either with turkey drippings or with a mixture of vegetable broth and butter to keep it vegetarian. I'll post about desserts later this week - we had pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and hot spiced apple cider!
