Martha Stewart Maple Granola

Martha Stewart Maple Granola

1-1/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut chips

1/2 cup chopped pecans or hazelnuts

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 T sesame seeds

1 T chia seeds

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/4 cup golden raisins

Mix everything except the raisins and spread on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake 30-40 minutes at 300 degrees, stirring every 10 minutes. Add the raisins on top and let cool.
